What a fantastic way to cap off the year!
Our recent HR Club session delved into the important topic of Emotional Inclusion in the Workplace.
Thank you to Mollie Jean De Dieu, General Manager of Longchamp in Singapore & Malaysia, for leading an engaging conversation and sharing invaluable insights on this subject. She highlighted how crucial it is for organisations to act and implement a more emotionally inclusive workplace to maintain their competitiveness and attractiveness.
