Past Event | HR CLUB Breakfast Meeting - AI in HR
A big thank you to Kevin Zhang, Chief Human Resources Officer APAC Havas Group, for hosting such an insightful session on AI! It was a fantastic opportunity to explore how Havas is integrating AI into client projects and internal initiatives, as well as its impact on HR processes, ethics, and governance.
Special thanks to Carlo, Xavier, Chloe, and Julien for their valuable presentations on real-world AI applications. A key takeaway from the session was that AI is here to enhance—not replace—human expertise. While it significantly improves efficiency and saves time, human creativity, oversight, and strategic implementation remain essential.
Crucially, successful AI adoption relies on employee education and awareness, ensuring teams use the right tools effectively and responsibly. As AI continues to evolve, it’s exciting to see how it can augment teams, drive innovation, and create new opportunities—while maintaining ethical and strategic governance.
