Past Event | HR Club - Breakfast Meeting - Mentoring
Big thank you to everyone who joined us at FCCS for a truly engaging HR Club Breakfast session on mentorship!
We are especially grateful to Anne Tan, Regional Head of HR – APAC at Campari, for leading such an insightful discussion and generously sharing her experience. Anne walked us through Campari’s mentoring program and offered a wealth of practical tips and takeaways for building impactful mentoring relationships.
She highlighted there are many different reasons why a mentoring program may be essential for an organization, as it can address a wide range of needs across professional development, knowledge transfer, breaking down geographical or functional silos, employee engagement, leadership growth, amongst others.
While the design of a mentoring program may vary based on an organization’s specific needs, the core elements that contribute to effective mentoring remain consistent—clear goals and objectives, thoughtful mentor-mentee matching aligned with those goals, strong leadership support, accountability, and regular opportunities for self-reflection and continuous improvement.
It was a powerful reminder that mentorship, when done right, can truly accelerate both personal and professional growth.
