• Cyber-attack is not a question of IF but WHEN
• Cyber-attacks are unpredictable and it is difficult to eliminate the risks
• The best way to prevent or limit the risks is for companies to have a Cyber defence policy and a Cyber insurance as well as train their teams against phishing. It is also important to carry background checks on suppliers and stakeholders
• In terms of costs: 80% are usually allocated to fixing issues and 20% to prevention
