Past Event | Outlook on CNRS DesCartes program : "Hybrid AI Digital Twin for Singapore"
The French Chamber of Commerce in Singapore was delighted to co- host the fascinating conference held on July 11 as part of the DesCartes Program along with CNRS@CREATE and Ambassade de France à Singapour .
This conference brought together experts and visionaries from the field of artificial intelligence (AI) to explore how AI research can contribute to building the "smart cities of the future.
Antoine Petit, Chairman & CEO of CNRS, Luke Ong, Chief Scientist of AISG, Raju Chellam, Chief Editor of the AI Ethics & Governance Body of Knowledge and Chairman, Cloud & Data Standards, Singapore, provided a thought-provoking perspective on the ethical considerations surrounding AI deployment in smart cities. The conference was moderated by Steven Miller, Vice-provost at Singapore Management University (SMU) & Professor of Information Systems who facilitated engaging discussions among the speakers and encouraged active participation from the attendees.
The event also offered a great networking opportunity, allowing participants to connect with industry experts and like-minded professionals.
