Past Event | Talent Assessment in the Supply Chain Industry
The Supply Chain and Logistics Committee kicked start its first session after summer break, focusing on talent assessment in the supply chain industry.
Our sincere thank you to the facilitators: Mrs. Sandra HARIRI-TOUBOUL, Head of Leadership Advisory, Asia Certified Executive Coach from Lincoln and Mrs. Pascale KERCRET, Executive & Team Coach, HR Consultant from Lincoln for leading an interactive discussion.
The discussion highlighted the growing importance of soft skills evaluation in talent assessment, a key tool for determining the talents’ potential, leadership abilities, and whether the talents will fit in the company’s culture. Various assessment solutions such as questionnaires was discussed as a method for evaluating both individual and organizational performance.
Another significant theme explored was how companies can be more attractive to talent overall and especially during the hiring process. Attendees agreed that evaluating and nurturing soft skills is as important as hard skills when developing a sustainable talent pipeline.
We extend our sincere thanks to our speakers, Mrs. Sandra HARIRI-TOUBOUL and Mrs. Pascale KERCRET, for their expertise and to all attendees for their active participation.
We would also like to thank Bolloré Logistics for their continued support in making this event a success.
