Past event | Termination of employment: The Basics

Thank you to our speakers Matthew Teo, Associate Director and Geoffroy Ygouf, Associate at Helmsman LLC for sharing their experience steering clients through the thorny issues arising from termination and dismissal of employees.

The session began with a presentation that provided practical advice on what to look for in employment contracts and a walkthrough of the termination procedure, followed by a lively Q&A session with our attendees.
