Past Event | Workshop for Future-Ready HR
The French Chamber of Commerce had the pleasure of welcoming HR professionals for an engaging workshop led by Claire Kolly, Director EDLT Global and Hélène Bertonèche, Executive Coach, Get Ahead Leadership. This session was focused on how HR can lead change and drive meaningful impact in an era of rapid transformation. From AI and sustainability to multigenerational teams and flexible work, it provided valuable insights on how HR can be future-ready.
Key learnings:
- HR leaders have the unique opportunity—and responsibility—to lead change in their organizations. Disruptive changes such as AI need a human approach to be fully successful.
- Our reaction to change is always rooted in our beliefs and values. We all react differently to change. Understanding this as well as addressing both fears and motivations is key to shifting mindsets and ease the transition to change.
- The Mindset Shift Matrix is a simple tool to understand the dynamics at play and move into more engaged and growth-oriented mindset, for better outcomes
- The change you want to see in your organization starts with you. Identifying and shifting just ONE belief can have a powerful impact.
