GEODIS Round Table Discussion on Gender Diversity

Yesterday we had a very dynamic and informative conversation about Gender Diversity. This talk focused on the importance of gender equality at the work place (the benefits on the ecosystem, the challenges facing the change of companies’ culture, the best practices and the future strategies to adopt). A great thank you to GEODIS for welcoming us and Anne, Boon Boon Tan and Fabienne Wodecki Pezard for presenting us the plan adopted by this company to involve diversity in the complexity of multinational context. Finally, we would like to thank all the participants for this important sharing and discussion.
