Safran Secures a Spot on CDP’s Climate A-List Again!
Safran is proud to be on CDP's Climate A-list, for the second year in a row!
This is such a great recognition of Safran's leadership in hashtag#environmental transparency and commitment to tackle the climate challenge and achieve its decarbonization roadmap. Safran has committed to reducing the CO2 emissions (compared to 2018):
- From its operations by -30% by 2025 and -50% by 2030
- From its sold products by -42.5% by 2035 (per seat-kilometer). Objectives by 2030 and 2035 were validated by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) in 2023.
The CDP’s annual environmental disclosure and scoring process is widely recognised as the global benchmark on companies' environmental transparency and their actions to raise climate awareness and mitigate the risks associated with climate change.
