SPEAKERS 

Anthony Pain

Anthony is a Director with PwC Singapore, leading the French Desk. He is specialised in Global Mobility Services. Having worked in Europe as a tax lawyer for 14 years before moving to Singapore in 2014, he enjoys bridging different cultures as part of his work. His role is to ensure Mobility is actually as simple as possible by keeping the end goal in mind and focusing on the client’s experience (from immigration to tax compliance and advisory).

Florence Bequet-Abdou

Florence Bequet-Abdou is an Attorney at Law, she practices as a lawyer since 1990. She is a Senior Director in the Human Resources Services department of PwC Société d’Avocats since 1998. She is specialized in Labor Law, Social security schemes and litigation.

She has advised international and national groups regarding French Labor law, and international social or French local social security issues, notably negotiations with employee’ representatives. As a litigation lawyer, she represents employers before civil, administrative and criminal courts.

 

Kolya Hache

After 8-years working in an international consulting firm in its international mobility practice, Kolya spent 6-years managing employment tax compliance for the group General Electric in France. In this role, he was in charge of coordination tax assistance for French inbounds and outbounds, ensuring that the company stayed on top of new employment tax regulations and was involved in the transition of the individual tax records of mobile employees between two consulting firms.

Since 2017, he has joined PwC Société d’Avocats as Director and has been leading the effort of helping our company’s clients transition from the old French tax system to the new pay-as-you-earn model applicable since January 1st, 2019.
