The French Chamber of Commerce in Singapore cordially invites you to attend its Annual General Meeting.

 This event is for members only 

The French Chamber of Commerce in Singapore is glad to invite all its members to attend its Annual General Meeting on Thursday 5 June 2025 at 8.00am at the Alliance Française de Singapour.

There will be an election for the Board Members for 2025-2027.

Please note that only Corporate (Patrons, Large Companies, SMEs and Entrepreneurs) and Individual Members who have paid for their membership 2025 are allowed to vote and that each Corporate Member presented at the Annual General Meeting or represented by a proxy is entitled to a single vote per company.

In the event that you are unable to attend the AGM, you may nominate to vote on your behalf by filling in the proxy form and submitting it to the French Chamber by email (agm(@)fccsingapore.com) or by hand no later than 48 hours before the AGM i.e. before Tuesday, 3 June 8:00am.
