Goodwood Park Hotel Unveils Refurbished Rooms And Suites

Presenting an elevated stay experience in a heritage icon

An architectural icon in Singapore’s skyline, Goodwood Park Hotel welcomes guests to unwind at a relaxing rhythm within its lush surrounds. Immerse in the idyllic resort-style experience that the heritage hotel has to offer whilst enjoying the convenience of the city at its doorstep. A recent revamp to a series of guest rooms and suites provides more reasons to look forward to a stay in this urban sanctuary.

Under the creative direction of acclaimed architect Ernesto Bedmar who was behind the hotel’s past renovation and upgrading projects, these four categories of rooms and suites have been tastefully transformed to reflect a fresh, contemporary aesthetic yet with timeless appeal. The décor strikes a comfortable balance between sleek sophistication and warm elegance, focusing on clean lines with an emphasis on a light and earthy colour palette to create a soothing ambience. Stylish white quartz, bronze fittings and white leather furnishing highlights are softened by the use of natural wood and fabrics, including handwoven jute rugs. Classic herringbone parquet flooring enhances the charming cosiness of each space. In a nod to nostalgia, each room features different black and white photographs of yesteryear local scenes, works of Singapore-based French artist Gilles Massot.

Room features and amenities include a work desk, coffee table, international sockets, USB charging ports, LED TV with cable channels, mini bar, in-room safe and Nespresso coffee machine (only for suites) amongst others. In addition to the usual air-conditioning comfort, ceiling fans allow guests the option of enjoying natural ventilation; a rarity in most city hotels.

Spacious and inviting, the new Deluxe Premier Rooms offer a quiet retreat for leisure or business stays. Most rooms afford views of the surrounding greenery with an abundance of natural light washing in through the windows. Marble bathrooms feature either a standing shower or bathtub.

The refreshed Junior Suites exude a luxe residential vibe, comprising a bedroom and separate living area, masterfully weaving in pockets of work and relaxation spaces. Some suites in a different configuration feature a dining table, in addition to the writing desk and coffee table.

Goodwood Park Hotel also offers long-stay packages at their Parklane Suites. Find out more below:

Enjoy a seamless blend of comfort and style in the Poolside Suites, revitalised to evoke a sense of lightness and serenity. The separate living room opens out directly to the hotel’s contemporary-style Main Pool, and guests can appreciate the view and the tropical fresh air within the comfort of their suite by the poolside doors.

A tranquil experience awaits in the charming haven of the Deluxe Poolside Suites which offer direct access to the hotel’s discreetly located Balinese-inspired Mayfair Pool. Each suite is decadently spacious with a separate living room and two bathrooms that offer standing showers, and one with an additional bathtub.
